Let it snow, Let it snow….

January 31st, 2009 No Comments

Ok, so the conversation went a little something like this . . .
(Amy) Hey Britt, you wouldn’t want to put on your prom dress and go out in the snow for some of you senior shots would you?
(Brittany) Um-well- SURE why not.
(Amy) I promise lots of starbucks after.
We had a little trouble getting the car out of the unplowed parking lot. I don’t know why I thought my small compact car was a snow plow (fearless).

Estelle Grace

January 23rd, 2009 No Comments

Estelle and I took advantage of the brief nice weather today and took a few shots in the grass outside the back door. She kept wanting to put the dead leaves back on the trees, as if to say she was ready for spring (aren’t we all, Estelle).

Siblings 1 2 3

January 8th, 2009 No Comments

One of the cutest dynamics to watch when I photograph is siblings. The oldest watches me perfectly (always on cue to smile), the middle child is usually the hardest to get their attention (and easily wanders with the eyes), and the youngest is the ham (they know they are cute).
