Hayli came in to get portraits with Paisley her pooch. However, I couldn’t let her leave without taking a few shots without the canine friend. After all she had curled her hair specifically for the pictures.

I have found that after the holiday season when we are all overloaded on trees, lights, bows, and ornaments taking a trip back to the simple backgrounds is best. Nothing is better than a clean white background and honest expressions.
I loved that this couple made time during the family session for couple portraits. I hope to take photographs of more couples this year.
I have noticed a growing trend for more personalized head shots. Modeling agencies and talent scouts are no longer putting an emphasis over color or black and white head shots either.
