When clients call and ask if they can include the family dog in their photo session, the anwer is always yes. Many times, as in the case of this session, the most animated subject is their pet. Just like a toddler, they have a mind of their own and they create their own group shot pose which most often features them.

This little guy had firmly planted himself as the “baby” of the family and demanded center attention. Good thing the girls were not the jealous type. Good job Cooper!

A Puggle, Boston Terrior, and Pomeranian mix greeted me at the studio with tails wagging.

With peanut butter treats in hand I was welcomed into the pack with slobbery kisses.

Ps . . . . Woofity woof….arf….barky bark . . . . . howwwwwwl.

For being the age of 11, Molly sure had the energy and spunk of a very young pup. Lucky for me I had peanut butter for a little bribery.

I realized that I had forgotten to post this blog. Being that it was 80 degrees outside, its hard to believe this was just a few short weeks ago.

This little 6 month pup is definitely the center of attention at home. Though this was technicaly a couple session you have to admit your eye first goes to the rambunctious furry one.

My friend Lora came in a little while ago with her beautiful cat. Jordan had a large tumor and her health was fading fast. It was important to document her while we still had time. What a lovely little spirit, she will be missed.Ps . . . These times always make me treasure my beloved Lady-Bug even more. Our pets give us such joy and love without expecting much in return.

Kiya stands taller than her owner on two legs, weighs more, and still believes she is a lap dog. This awkward little beauty had us in balls of laughter during her fashion shoot.
